Job Summary:

The Change Manager is responsible for coordination and management of the program / project / platform change management system in the area of Body Computer Module . In this role you will be working with next generation technology intended to improve vehicle safety while enhancing driver convenience.
Your Role:

• Define change management strategy

• Agree on change request management strategy with the program / project / platform team and with the customer.

• Communicate change request status and target release to customer.

• Request analysis of change request by the program / project / platform team.

• Ensure that change management database is setup and configured

• Ensure that all external and internal change requests are recorded in the change management database.

• Initiate that the program / project / platform team analyzes the change requests and estimates the required resources

• Gather internal and external approvals for implementation.

• Provide estimation results to Customer Business Management

• Monitor the change request status and provides change request status report and metrics.

Your Background:

• Bachelors of Science in a Technical Discipline (electrical, systems, computer science, software, computer or related field of study)

• 5 years of full life cycle automotive electronics experience

• 3 year experience in the technical leadership of a project

• 2 years of automation/scripting experience – SQL, Python or any other scripting language.

Additional Background Preferences:

• Master’s degree in a Technical Discipline

• 10 years of experience in connectivity, infotainment, driver information, and/or telematics systems.

• Experience with Polarion , DOORS, (or similar) as a requirements management tool.

• Experience with Jira, Confluence and collaboration tools
